BOOKING
A booking is not confirmed until the client returns a Booking Form, pays any costs as outlined under ‘Payment Terms’ in these terms and conditions, and receives confirmation of the booking from OnE Click Events.

PAYMENTS
Prices are subject to change so please check before booking for our current rates. By paying any part of the invoice the hirer is also agreeing to the Terms & Conditions. To book with us and to secure your event date, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $200 within 5 days. After this period and without confirmed payment of the non-refundable deposit, we will not be able to hold your date anymore. The outstanding amount must be paid by the hirer to OnE Click Events at least 10 days before the event. A travel surcharge may apply to events 30kms outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area. An idle fee may apply for extensive waiting periods.

LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS
The client shall ensure a safe and appropriate environment is provided for OnE Click Events to operate its equipment. The client must ensure the following :
Access to a space of 2m x 3m or more
220v power within 5m of OnE Click Events equipment
An undercover/dry area if the event is held outdoors

CANCELLATION
All deposits are non-refundable. If the hirer cancels within 30 days before the event date the deposit can be held in lieu for a future available booking within 6 months of the original booking. Prior notice is required of changes to the time and date of the event. OnE Click Events cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.

DELIVERY + TRAVEL FEES
There is no charge for delivery and travel 0-30km from Melbourne CBD. A quote will be provided on request for events greater than 30km from Melbourne. We require a 4 hour minimum hire for any events that are greater than 50km from Melbourne. Where paid parking is required, this will be arranged and paid for by the hirer.

HIRING, DELIVERY & SERVICE
Delivery, set up and removal of the photo booth are free of charge. Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the photo booth will be outside the rental period. The booth host will aim to arrive an hour prior to hire time to setup the booth. Earlier setup time can be arranged in discussion with OnE Click Events and an idle fee may be applied for setup much earlier than the designated hour. A trained booth host will be within close proximity of the photo booth at all times to ensure smooth running. The hirer will be liable for any damage caused to the photo booth within the duration of the hire.

DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT
If circumstances arise where a threat or implied threat of harm, damage or violence to staff or equipment, OnE Click Events reserves the right to cease providing services. If the client is able to resolve the threatening situation within 30 minutes, OnE Click Events will resume services. If the situation is unable to be resolved, OnE Click Events will not resume providing service and the client will receive no refund of hire cost.

Any damage to OnE Click Events’ equipment during the client’s event caused by the client, client’s guests or any other person in attendance at the event whether invited or not, will result in the cost to repair/replace the equipment.

USE OF IMAGES
When hiring from One Click Events the hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on One Click Events website, social media and for advertising purposes. Unless advised prior to the event that they would not like their images used. OnE Click Event will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on their website, social media or for advertising.

INDEMNIFICATION
One Click Events will not be held responsible for any circumstances outside their control. This includes, but is not limited to fire, riot, civil commotion, accidents, acts of nature and equipment failure. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by One Click Events to provide service or find a suitable replacement service. If this is not possible, One Click Events will determine appropriate compensation upon their discretion.

The client agrees that in all circumstances, One Click Events liability is limited to an amount equal to the hire cost and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by OnE Click Events.
