FAQs
How do guests leave a message?
Guests pick up the retro-style phone, listen to your custom greeting, and then leave a voice message straight from the heart. It's intuitive and needs no instructions, so everyone from kids to grandparents can join in.
Do I get to keep the recordings?
Yes. After your event you receive a full compilation of audio files containing every message your guests left — a heartfelt keepsake to treasure long after the day.
Can we record our own greeting?
Absolutely. You can record a custom greeting yourself, or we can record one for you. Either way, guests hear a warm welcome before leaving their message.
Is there a limit on how many messages guests can leave?
No. The Audio Guest Book captures unlimited voice messages, so every guest can share their thoughts as many times as they like throughout the event.
Does it need Wi-Fi or power to run all day?
No Wi-Fi is required, and it's designed to work all day and night for the duration of your event, so you never have to worry about it dropping out mid-celebration.
Can we save by hiring it with a photobooth?
Yes. The Audio Guest Book is offered as a standalone hire, or at a reduced rate when you book it alongside one of our photobooths — a popular pairing for weddings and parties.
